2032645 - Server no longer accepting new connections -SAP ASE

• The server stopped accepting connections appears to have hung.
• No processes are moving.
• A manual memdump was collected at the time of this behavior.
• In the memdump we see 3 SPIDs, one for auditing that is blocking the other processes.
• Auditing was unable to truncate sysaudits_01 table due to being blocked by select query.
