2033010 - PY-GB: FPS Submission fails with FATAL ERROR 1001

Symptom

  • RPCFPSG0 Fails with error The 'http://www.govtalk.gov.uk/CM/envelope:EnvelopeVersion' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid. Expected: '1.0', '2.0', '2.2' or '3.0'.
  • FPS fails in B2A manager with Fatal error number 1001
  • XML error as shown below for FPS submission from production system
