Symptom

While performing the GRC 5.3 upgrade using JSPM, files are taking a very long time to deploy or it's hanging. Upon further investigation we found this error in the SDM logs ""ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'PSAPUNDO'.
