Symptom
- After ordering a document, the dump "UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" "CX_OS_DB_INSERT" occurs.
- In transaction ST22 (SRM - Backend) you see dump "UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" "CX_OS_DB_INSERT".
