Symptom
'When using a flat file as a source in a FIM job, specials characters like æ, €, <, é are not properly taken into account when file is encoded in ANSI.
Moreover, if you run the job, you have the following error during the export:
'A row delimiter was seen for row number <x> while processing column number <y> in file <filename>'
