2033765 - HTTPURLLOC entries are ignored when testing a service from transaction SICF

Symptom

Entries in the HTTPURLLOC table, intended for URL redirection, are disregarded when testing a service from transaction SICF. Despite the presence of maintained entries in the HTTPURLLOC table for redirecting URLs, these entries are not considered during service testing in SICF.

For example:

  • When the service /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui is tested from SICF, the physical server name is returned, as the URL is not redirected using the entries from the HTTPURLLOC table.
