2034678 - The Mobile Device Management get the status 997 in the MDM Queue, if using the special sign "ß" in the Afaria Configuration Policy - Organization Info

Symptom

If a Configuration Policy for iOS is set with the special sign of "ß" in the MDM Payload - Organization Info, an ApplyPolicy does not work to iOS devices.
The status of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) queue in the Database is set to 997 (Pending).
