SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2034808 - Enter Comments window does not pop-up during CUP request approval.

Symptom

When approving a CUP request, the Enter Comments window does not pop-up. On IE 8 or lower versions this issue does not occur. In IE 10 browser it only pops up when in Compatibility mode.
