• Unable to create new user from Central Management Console (CMC)
• Error message : "Index : 0 Size : 0" when trying to create new user from CMC
• Using End-to-End tracing while reproducing the problem, the following query retrieved from the CMS log file returns no results

•  Running the query above on Query Builder (http://<yourServer>/AdminTools) in non-fonctional environments retrieves 0 results (1 expected).
