2035564 - Unable to modify SAP BusinessObjects Mobile settings in BI4.X Central Management Console

Symptom

After logging in to the Central Management Console (CMC) on BI4, and selecting Applications -> SAP BusinesObjects Mobile, the Mobile properties can't be modified due to ???dummy.action.Mobile_Properties.display.name??? and ???dummy.action.Mobile_Client_Settings.display.name??? displayed rather than Mobile Properties and Client Settings.
