2035740 - SOLAR01/SOLAR02: Broken link between CHARM document and structure node

• When creating a link between CHARM document (Request for Change) and structure node, the link is only shown in the CHARM document itself not in SOLAR01 --> "Service Messages" tab.
• When creating a CHARM document from SOLAR02 transaction, it is found that Project and "Structure Node" is not in assignment block "Projects" in the "Request for Change" document in SM_CRM or CRM_UI.
• Whereas, adding the Change Request Ticket ID in Solar01/Solar02 can be done manually.
