2035793 - Commitment/ordered quantity not updated when creating scheduling agreement w.r.t. requisition

Symptom

You create a scheduling agreement with reference to a purchase requisition. You expect that the commitment of the requisition is reduced and the ordered quantity (EBAN-BSMNG) is updated, however, this is not the case: the commitment of the requisition remains the same and the ordered quantity is not updated.
