2036543 - EIS - Module creation error, key passed to module factory does not match key found in module instance

Symptom

The EIS application fails to start with the following types of error messages in the application log:

Error Message Example 1:
2014-06-17 05:08:20 EDT EXCEPTION Application [21] com.smartops.webapp.frontend.alerts.AlertsModule getManager Module creation error, key passed to module factory does not match key found in module instance.
Expected: AM [vers. 6.10.0.0 ][impl. com.smartops.module_manager.ClassImplSpec:com.smartops.alerts.backend.AlertManagementModuleImpl ]
Found : AM [vers. 6.9.0.5 ][impl. com.smartops.module_manager.ClassImplSpec:com.smartops.alerts.backend.AlertManagementModuleImpl ]

Error Message Example 2:
