2036945 - Error: "Unexpected error during the action 'getProperties'" occurs when trying to select a BW DataSource in a job - FIM

Symptom

When creating or modifying a FIM job, attempting to select a Source or Target DataSource to connect to a BW system produces this error:

"Unexpected error during the action 'getProperties'"

In the detail section of the error the following additional information is recorded:

"Name or password is incorrect" and "RFC_ERROR_LOGIN_FAILURE"
