2037305 - ODBC connections fail for charset sjis - SAP ASE

Symptom

Windows isql using upper case SJIS will cause later ODBC connections using lower case sjis on nocase sensitive sortorder ASE fail due to persistent information in @@client_csname field.

The client error message is

 [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive server enterprise] 
Neither language name in login record 'japanese' nor language name in syslogins ''
is an official language name on this SQL Server. Using server-wide default 'us_english' instead.
