2037336 - "Database access Error while allocating the context handle" while installing BI 4.x.

Symptom

While installing BI 4.x using Sybase ASE as the CMS database, the following error is encountered:

  • Database access error. Reason Error while allocating the context handle.

 If pointing the CMS to a Sybase ASE database post-installation, the following error is seen:

  • The context allocation routine failed when it tried to load localization files!!
