2037684 - Forms do not appear when TransactionType value is set to Cancel.

Symptom

  • Forms based upon Transaction Type "Cancel" do not appear in the Forms eApp when a transaction is cancelled.
  • The transaction type field and attachment rules were configured according to the FS-PRO User Guide. When checking flowstore the TXN_TYPE_CD field is returning the previously issued transaction not the transaction currently being worked on.
