Symptom
- Occasionally, agents using a USB headset (check the Compatibility List of certified hardware) will notice calls going mute.
- When checking the terminal logs, there are traces like: " [terminal.htm] [INF] - Audio device (0): id=[30000], name=[NULL device], ver=[?], prev saved name=[HeadsetEarphone (Jabra BIZ" 240]) " for example.
