2038459 - Actual position time for expected movement is incorrect

For an expected position movement all position timestamps are filled in with the date and time of the expected position time of that movement.
Virtual position time, actual position time and actual scheduled time are not expected to be filled for an expected position movement.

Production environment: LMS 5.4.6. (only the expected position time is filled in for an expected movement).
Testing and GTU environment: SAP Cash Flows Management system v6.2. (on top of the 5.4.6).
