Symptom
- You are running SAP Contact Center and noticed call allocation issues with all calls
- From the CEM logs the following errors are observed:
- ERR> [EXC] : NewCallSM.WaitInQueue : Exception occurred
- ERR> <type 'exceptions.TypeError'> : argument 1 must be dict, not str
- ERR> File: .\UniMain.py (4617) Func: WaitInQueue <None>
- ERR> File: .\UniMain.py (4955) Func: HandleNextDest <None>
- From the OII logs:
- EXC> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.
