2038729 - Call allocation fails for all calls - SAP Contact Center

Symptom

  • You are running SAP Contact Center and noticed call allocation issues with all calls
  • From the CEM logs the following errors are observed:
    • ERR> [EXC] : NewCallSM.WaitInQueue : Exception occurred
    • ERR> <type 'exceptions.TypeError'> : argument 1 must be dict, not str
    • ERR> File: .\UniMain.py     (4617)  Func: WaitInQueue  <None>
    • ERR> File: .\UniMain.py    (4955)  Func: HandleNextDest  <None>
  • From the OII logs:
    • EXC> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.
      System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.
      at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal)
      at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info)
