2039107 - Broadcast Does Not Send Out Emails

A Broadcast is not being sent out to the e-mail recipients
- neither on the scheduled time
- sometimes not even when triggering the manual sending (via the Start Now button)

You may get an error message like:

User ABC (ABC represents the username) cannot start report XYZ (XYZ represents the name of the report).

2. Broadcasts

3. Relevant broadcast shows status of Last Run failed

The user who created the broadcast must be active and unlocked. If this is not the case the broadcast will not be sent.

There are 2 ways to solve this.

Unlock the user that is locked or create a new broadcast.
