2039119 - sp_helpconfig "heap memory per user" wrongly shows memory in KB - SAP ASE

Symptom

Commonly, the unit of the "Memory Used" column of sp_configure is displayed as Kilobytes.
Note that the unit is a byte in "heap memory per user" parameter.
Then, sp_helpconfig "heap memory per user" with a new value shows the size of memory in kilobytes(K), but it should be in bytes.
