  1. You wish to know what is the difference between SAP Notes and SAP Knowledge Base Articles (KBA).
  2. While trying to download a KBA in SNOTE transaction you get an error:

SAP NOTE XXXXXXXXXX incomplete

Message no. SCWN106

OR

Download service could not download note.

Message no. SCWN821

      OR

Note XXXXXXXXXX is a KBA. KBAs cannot be downloade d using Note Assistant..
