Symptom

  • Error: SAP Crystal Reports with Next Gen is not supported. (LO 26631)
  • After selecting a report to use with Live Office in MS Excel, or MS Word, or MS PowerPoint, it fails with the error:  

         "An error occurred while opening the report. The report does not exist;
          you have insufficient rights to open the report; or you cannot make a
          connection to the BusinessObjects Web Service. (LO 02010)
          
          SAP Crystal Reports with Next Gen is not supported. (LO 26631)"
