SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When a new Access requested is created it is getting submitted without issues and also sends email to requestor, but the workflow does not get triggered to the next stage.
Audit logs also does not show any next stage details, i.e. where is it pending, or what is the present stage.
