2040277 - Report "Revenue by Team Member" Does Not Show Actual / Planned Work per Team Member

You are viewing the report Revenue by Team Member and the key figures Actual Work and/ or Planned Work. You would like to see the work per employee, however you notice that it is shown as zero.

SAP ByDesign

1. Open the report from the assigned work center, for example Project Management.
2. Set up the view and selection of the report, including the characteristic Team Member and the key figures Actual Work and / or Planned Work.
3. The key figures show zero although the respective employee has recorded or planned work on this project.

The data source of this report is based on several other internal data sources. The values for Actual Work / Planned Work come from a data source which fetches the sales order information. But the team member comes from a different data source which uses the list of expenses for the project. It is thus not possible to display the actual or planned work per employee, but only per project.

The report Revenue by Team Member is not meant to show the actual or planned work for a team member. To achieve this, you can use the report Project Time Recordings or Team Member Work Analysis.
