You are not able to create Phone Call Activity.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Account Management work center.
  2. Go to the Activities view.
  3. Now, go to the New tab and select New Phone Call from the drop down option.
  4. Select Outbound.
  5. Error coocurs Not possible to create Phone Call activity.


You have not scoped Phone Call Activity in Business Configuration scoping.


  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select the First Implementation Project and select Edit Project Scope.
  3. Go to tab Questions.
  4. In scoping element, select Sales.
  5. Select Activity Management.
  6. Select Yes for the question Do you record phone calls?
