2040378 - Fixed indicator in purchase requisition

Symptom

In transaction MD04 (Stock/Requirements List) the purchase requisition is displayed as fixed (*). However, the fixed indicator was not set manually and the Fixed Indicator (EBAN-FIXKZ) in the purchase requisition is not flagged in ME52N and in table EBAN.
