2040412 - DCP: When Desktop Intelligence document is scheduled to File Location, the file is not generated

Symptom

  • When Desktop Intelligence document is scheduled to file location, the file is not created in the file location specified.
  • The following error is visible in the event viewer- "Exception in PublishToDestinations::PublishToDestiantionSendToFileSystem:SendToFileSystem Exception: Exception in getting FTPDestinationFilePath: Exception in formatting File Name: Item 1 was not found in the collection."
  • It works for the "Administrator" user but fails to work for other users even if they belong to "Administrators" group.
