2040854 - Where to download Sybase Central of SQL Anywhere 12, 16 and 17 for the SAP BusinessObjects and Business Intelligence products

Symptom

I do need Sybase Central, for some administrative tasks of the CMS database (BOE120.db for 3.1  and BI4_CMS for BI4.x) and auditing database (BOE120_AUDIT.db for 3.1  and BI4_Audit_DSN for 4.x), both running on a SQL Anywhere database server. Is Sybase Central available for download?
