2042047 - LCM CTS+: unable to import the transport request in target system.

• While importing the transport request created using the promotion management into the target system the below error is observed in the transport request logs in transport organizer:-
• OverAll Job Status: Failure
• An exception has occurred with following details:
  "Exception: The argument has an invalid value null (FWM 02024)
  NOTE: this error "FWM 02024" is a generic failure in tomcat like unknown exception. This KBA is only relevant if the error occurs while importing a transport using LCM.
  or
  An exception has occurred with the following details:
  Exception: Could not reach CMS '<hostname>:6400'. The CMS on machine '<hostname>' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)  
• In promotion log observe Exception: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.toLowerCase(java.util.Locale) of a null object loaded from local variable 'cmsName'
