2042219 - Purchase order or shopping cart cannot be confirmed

Symptom

After a system upgrade, (e.g ECC system to EHP 7 for HANA capabilities):

  • When searching PO to be confirmed, PO is not found
  • When select the Shopping Cart / Purchase order in POWL, the Create Confirmation button is not active
  • The PO can be confirmed in ERP transaction MIGO
