Error #2032
- This error can be seen sporadically while working (refreshing or applying filters) with pre-created explorer Infospaces or exploration view sets in a BI launchpad. The same error can also be seen in explorer application as well while creating explorer infospaces.
- The issue can be seen on all supported browsers.
- However, the issue was particularly seen to occur when accessing BI Launchpad or Explorer applications via the Siteminder URL.
- The issue cannot be seen when accessing these applications directly on the Tomcat Application Server where they have been deployed [ by passing Siteminder SSO and F5 load balancing ].
- HTTP traces (Fiddler or http watch) show a HTTP 500 error with a Bad server request error
