2042866 - PA-PD: Behavior of Part Appraisals

Symptom

From front end applications (e.g. portal or NWBC), part appraisers:

  • Do not see the pushbutton 'Close Part Appraisal'.
  • Cannot maintain any fields in the Part Appraisal columns - they are in display mode.

Additionally, some users (managers, further participants, etc.) cannot locate Part Appraisals in the MSS POWL.
