2043201 - "check versions" and "Method execution" are not executed after main import phase has completed successfully

You have 3 landscapes in a transport domain like DEV-QAS-PRD.When you import a request to QAS system,you find "check versions" and "Method execution" are not executed after main import phase has completed successfully.If you check the transport log,you will find "Selection for Import" in PRD is with status "Ended with errors".

If you check the SLOG file of QAS,you will find below error:

ERROR: stopping on error 12 during ADD TO BUFFER

And if you check the SLOG file of PRD system,then you may find below error:

ERROR: '/usr/sap/trans/buffer/PRD' : cant open
: Permission denied (tpfsacc.c:1886)
ERROR: EXIT(16) -> process ID is: xxxxx
