Symptom

  • Unlocking a contract in IS-U is possible via 2 ways: either remove the Bill block reason (EVER-ABRSPERR) or fill a Release reason (EVER-ABRFREIG).
  • To unlock a contract in CRM New Bill Correction you need to insert a Release reason.
