2044160 - Webi report that contains a crosstab table and a measure that contains null values causes the Webi Processing Server to crash and a core dump to be created when opening the report in a Unix environment.

Symptom

  • A Webi report is created that has a crosstab table.
  • The crosstab includes a measure that has some null values.
  • When the Webi report is opened in a Unix environment in an XIR3.1 SP5 environment, the Webi Processing Server crashes and a core dump is created.

  • SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XIR3.1 SP5.
  • The report was connecting to a Teradata 13 universe.
  • The customer's Unix environment was SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 2.6.16.60-0.93.1-smp
  • This was also reproduced on Linux Red Hat 6 environment.
