2044285 - How to use Fonts in Form Templates Which are not Supported by Business ByDesign or C4C

You have a requirement to use a Font (EX: Verdana) which is not supported by SAP Business ByDesign or C4C in Form Templates. Because, ByDesign/C4C supports a limited number of Fonts for the Forms by default.

Fonts has to be licensed from Microsoft. In general the user has to purchase a font that falls under a dedicated license and is not part of the fonts that come for free with the ADS installation directly from the vendor. User should file a document that proves the purchase of the font together with the font files through the case to SAP.

We will enable Fonts to be available for your systems.

ByDesign and C4C supports a limited number of Fonts for the Forms by default (as described in the Help Document "Font Types Compatible with Forms").
