Symptom

  • Intermittent issue on hanging during transmit
  • Users changes during their shift (2nd, 3rd shift)
  • Users logging repeatedly after an interval of time seems to hang - Communication (14)
  • When the device hangs the Agentry Server shows no connection and the device does not show activity
  • The IT team have traced events through the network and into the SAP instance and finds that SAP hits are expected
