2045260 - sp_dboption unable to set database to single user mode - SAP ASE

Symptom

When running sp_dboption to switch a database to single user mode ASE reports database is in use and command fails:

sp_dboption <db_name> , "single user", true
go
Attempt to set '<db_name>' database to single user mode failed because the usage count is xx. Make sure that no other users are currently using this database and rerun CHECKPOINT.
