2045451 - Add an option to save and\or import Check Model settings – SAP PD 16.5

• Check Model Parameters: Add support to save and\or import Check Model settings.
• For client sites that work with large models and multiple modelers, the Check Model options are constantly changing depending on who executed Check Model last and then consolidates the model into the repository.
• This would be similar to the existing Settings set functionality and would allow different modelers on a large team to load their specific Check Model Parameters for a shared model.
