2046199 - Setup wizard indicates wrong Repository Proxy version – SAP PD

Symptom

  • Downloaded PowerDesigner installer 16.5 SP03 PL03(x64), or 16.6 SP05 PL03 (x64).
  • Running PDES1XXX.XXXX.PLXX(x64)_Proxy.exe.
  • The InstallShield Wizard indicates it will install Sybase PowerDesigner Proxy 16.5 SP03 (x64) PL02 or 16.6 SP05 PL02 (x64).
  • The InstallShield Wizard should indicate it will install another version like PowerDesigner Proxy 16.5 SP03 (x64) PL03, or 16.6 SP05 PL03.
  • The Welcome page of the InstallShield Wizard indicates the setup will update an existing installation of PowerDesigner 16.5 to 16.5.3.02 (4371) - The same issue with 16.6 SP5 PL02.
  • The Welcome page of the InstallShield Wizard should indicate the setup will update an existing installation of PowerDesigner 16.5 to 16.5.3.03 (4371) - The same issue with 16.6 SP5 PL02..
