Symptom

  • Reports missing.
  • Incomplete list of reports displayed.
  • When attempting to open a report stored in the SAP BusinessObjects Repository from Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it does not display all the reports stored in the selected folder.
  • In BI LaunchPad, when navigating to the same folder, it list all of the reports and other objects.
