2046665 - Retrieving cascading List of Value (LOV) by restful web service API has worse performance than native webI HTML client

Symptom

When retrieving cascading list of value (LOV) by restful web service API, two methods are needed :

[GET] /biprws/raylight/v1/documents/<doc_id>/parameters to get the cascading LOV items structure

[PUT] /biprws/raylight/v1/documents/<doc_id>/parameters to get the value for cascading LOV (dependency value)

The total rest API runtime to retrieving LOV ([GET]+[PUT]) is  4-5 times longer than using native WebI HTML client in BI Launchpad, it is  proportional to the number of cascading prompts the response contains.
