2047083 - The file system was full and SCC was unable to write to the repository database.Error logged: Disk full 'Fatal error: disk full when writing' - SAP ASE

Symptom

The repository database, scc_repository.db, could not store entries because the filsystem disk was full.

Reviewing SCC's agent.log and repository.log files we see:

<<Agent.log>>

The last entry was:

2013-09-26 09:40:52,263 [ERROR] [startup.Main ] [main] - Failed to access service configuration FileTransfer
2013-09-26 09:40:52,263 [INFO ] [services.Agent ] [main] - Shutting down the agent...

But, we can see earlier that:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Error during backup/restore: Error writing backup file
"C:\Sybase\SCC-3_2\backup\repository.150913000000\scc_repository.db"

<<Repository.log>>

=2013-09-15 00:40:53,732 [ERROR] [transaction.JDBCTransaction ] [scc-scheduler_Worker-5] - JDBC commit failed
java.sql.SQLException: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Disk full 'Fatal error: disk full when writing to
"C:\Sybase\SCC-3_2\services\Repository\scc_repository.log"' -- transaction rolled back
