2047478 - Customize Date Or Timestamp Data Types in Information Design Tool (IDT)

Symptom

  • In Teradata a universe (unx) has both a date and a timestamp object.  When used in a query filter the SQL generates the date or timestamp as a date format.  If the PRM is edited with User_input_data_format, then it creates a global format, which errors for some dates or timestamps.
