2047526 - Authorization Required to attempt checkout an IQ optional license or an error is fired when using optional license feature or license is not applied- SAP IQ

Despit valid licenses for optional features, such as IQ_VLDBMGMT, IQ_UDA, IQ_LOB, IQ_SECURITY, IQ_UDF, IQ_IDA, IQ_URIDA, IQ_TS_FSF, the following errors could be seen:

• Attempt to check out 'disallowed'/'unauthorized' optional license feature, fails with message:

Authorization required to attempt checkout IQ_LOB license [-1006276] ['QBC76']

• When creating a partitioned table which requires the optional license IQ_VLDBMGMT, this error could be fired:

SQL Anywhere Error -1003007: Table Partitioning functionality is not licensed on this server.

• SAP IQ starts with grace period for an optional license. In IQMSG:

WARNING: IQ functionality that requires the IQ_VLDBMGMT license will be disabled on Wed Jan 22 23:04:43 2020, unless a suitable IQ_VLDBMGMT license is obtained before that date.
