2048202 - AgentryGUI does not allow to change log settings - Not all settings were successfully changed - Agentry or SMP 2.3

Symptom

When running the Agentry GUI (or SAP Control Center) to change the log settings for Agentry from "off" to low (Most Details) the following error shows up:

Not all settings were successfully changed:

(1 user selected is no longer logged into the server)
