2048241 - Error: Time out During "View Data" - Information Steward

Symptom

  • After you upgrade and you click "Run View" on a view created on a SAP ECC table, the following error may occur in SAP Information Steward:
    The View Data Operation Has timed out. (COR-10885)
  • The following error occurs in SAP ECC background job status:
    Job started
    Step 001 started (program /BODS/RPT_STREAM_READ_TABLE, variant &0000000000464, user ID INFOSTEWARD)
    SAP System Failure while calling DS remote function
    Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
  • View data times out when trying to view data on a View with a join
  • View data timeout occurs
