2048775 - Error-Infoview.appcache.NULL.infoview/js/listing_main_b.js after logging to BILaunchpad

Symptom

Although it is possible to navigate through BILaunchpad successfully, no action is triggered when you perform the below steps:

  1. Try to view/modify the reports
  2. Try to launch any application like web intelligence, explorer, etc
  3. Right click on reports and click on any of the options like properties,view, modify,schedule.

In the browser you see a JavaScript error:
